Why are the prices of your websites so low?

Do I need technical skills to build or maintain my website?

No, you do not need any technical skills. All you need is the ability to use a computer for internet and email purposes.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes, you can upload your own logo but it has to be the right size and format. We will be pleased to help you with placing your logo on your website.

How Do I receive my bookings?

The bookings are available in your control panel. You receive an email as soon as a new booking is placed. We can also arrange for you to receive a SMS or fax as well as emails. There is a small charge for sending SMS or fax.

Can I accept online payment on my website?

Yes, you can. You need to ask for an online payment facility from your bank or other organisations such as Paypal. We will then add the facility to your website.

Do you charge a hosting fee?

Yes, we charge a small hosting fee that covers the servers, data centres and our maintenance of the servers and the websites to ensure trouble free operation.

How can I promote my website?

The websites are optimised for the search engines and you can change the content to optimise it for your own area or specific purpose. We include you in www.cabbookers.com which will receive a large number of visitors on daily basis. You can also use schemes such as Google Adwords to advertise your website.

Can I change pictures, texts and animations in my website?

Yes, you can change all website contents with exception of its structure and colour scheme.

Can I add my own images to my website?

Yes, but these need to be of the right size and format. We will be pleased to help with preparing the images. Please note that any image that you use must be appropriately licensed for use in your own website.

How can I access the website control panel?

You can access the control panel by login in our website. The control panel allows you to change all locations, prices, rates, zones and any other operational data that is used in our system. It also give you access to bookings, enquiries and customer details.

Can I use my website images for other purposes such as prints?

All artwork on our website are our intellectual property and should not be used for any other purpose without our consent.

How does the website calculate the fares?

The fares are calculated from fixed prices or from the journey’s mileage. You can use the control panel to add your fixed prices and calculation rules for calculating prices from mileage.
